Please be aware that while every effort is made to display an accurate image of each item, due to the difference in computer monitor colour calibration and colour technology, some variations in colour may occur.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind so please choose your goods carefully. It is your responsibility to ask questions before you make a purchase to avoid any misunderstandings or misconceptions about the item(s) you are purchasing. There is absolutely no refund on digital PDF patterns as you cannot return them.
All physical items are photographed before they are packed to record the condition of the product before posting. These photos will be used to compare to any items that are reported as damaged or incorrect.
ISSUES/PROBLEMS:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) if there are any problems with your order. Written contact via email prior to return of any item(s) is essential to receive a Returns Authorisation Number.
*NB. The Buyer is responsible for the return postage of any item/s.
All returned goods are to be sent back to me in good condition and in the original packaging. Exchanges or refunds will only be issued if the item is faulty and returned within 14 days of delivery.
RESIN DOLL EYES:
The resin I use is a very hardy product, but like anything made with resin/acrylic/plastic/glass it can still be scratched with sharp instruments. Therefore, it is strongly advised to only use soft implements to insert and remove your doll eyes. If necessary, the eyes can be cleaned using soap and water on a soft cloth, then gently dried with a tissue or similar.
Should you accidentally damage the surface of the eye I am willing to sand and re-resin the eye free of charge, provided postage costs are covered both ways (to and from me) by the customer. This does not apply to severe damage that goes too deep to fix with sanding and a fresh layer of resin.
PHYSICAL ITEM DISPATCH:
Barring any unforeseen delays, item/s IN STOCK will be posted within 5-10 business days; OUT-OF-STOCK orders may take up to 15 business days; both dependent on how many orders are before yours. All items will be handed over the counter at the Australia Post Office to ensure (to the best of our ability) that they are scanned into the system. Tracking will be sent to you once your order is on its way. Delays may occur after the item is sent due to the weather conditions, this is unfortunately out of our control and hopefully wont impact delivery too much.

You ARE PERMITTED to use my patterns to create finished items for yourself, to give away or even to sell (in non-commercial quantities)! I would appreciate it if you included 'Eliza Beth Dolls' as the pattern designer on any finished items you post or display, that way others will be able to purchase their own copy and I will be able to continue designing and creating. x
What you are NOT PERMITTED to do with the actual digital pattern is share, sell, blog or pass it on to others via any communication format including (but not limited to) screenshots, photos and handwritten/typed. I believe I have been very fair in my permissions so please direct any interested parties to my store or FB/IG page if they have asked you for a copy of the pattern. Thank you for respecting my copyright/permissions request. x
